Summary. 10 November 3.00pm
Spaceweather fluctuated during the period as minor coronal mass ejections overtook a coronal hole windstream. Magnetic orientation fluctuated.
Sunspot 4274 has now rotated around and fired an X1.7 flare from an Earth facing position.
A significant Kp7/8 geomagnetic storm is due by early 11 November and may bring a spell of quakes and eruptions.
Pacific quakes were largely subdued during the period until the East of Honshu 6.8, 6.4 double quake arrived late in the period. No risk location success.
Kilauea has predictably erupted during the period. Eruptions are frequent and following a regular pattern.

Update. 7 November 11.00pm
In similar vein to the local forecast, a moderate Kp6 coronal hole windstream is closely followed by some weak coronal mass ejections.
Sunspot 4274 fired double X1 and M8 flares but not directly at Earth.
The active sunspot is becoming Earth facing and more flares could bring a strong geomagnetic storm and some tectonic action.
Quakes and eruptions are insignificant so far but could pick up over the next few days as Sunspot 4274 moves around.
Kilauea is on the verge of eruption.
The forecast period is extended to 9 November.
