Quake activity may increase.
Magnitude 4+ risk areas are East Cape, Bay of Plenty, Rotorua, Wairoa, Turakirae Head, South Taranaki, Christchurch/Sumner, Fiordland, Snares Islands.
Volcanoes quiet.

Summary.
4 July. Seddon 4.6
Cook Strait was in the zone in an otherwise very moderate quake period.
Strong quake activity last few months including the 14 February Christchurch 5.7 and following sequence, 7 June Doubtful Sound 5.6, 25 June Cook Strait 4.7 have given excellent forecast results.
Quakes may ease in July and August.
Geonet vulcanologists have announced Ruapehu is quiet. The Crater Lake has cooled since they warned of an eruption on 11 May.
Ruapehu, White Island and Kermadec eruptions seemed unlikely after the end of the 10-16 May forecast period.
Mag 4 activity is possible in Cook Strait on 8 July.
