Quake activity may increase.
Magnitude 6+ risk areas are North of Macquarie Island, Kermadec Islands, Tonga, Kadavu, South of Tanna, Santa Cruz Islands, East Timor, Luzon, Atacama.
Activity may begin very early in the forecast period.
Volcanic activity may increase.
Sinabung, Kliuchevskoi, Turrialba, Tungurahua, Piton de la Fournaise.
Possibility Mag 7 Pacific.

Update. 29 September 2330 NZST.
The forecast period is extended to 1 October.
A big puff of ash and steam from Indonesian volcano Rinjani has closed a few airports and sent authorities into a spin as they try to clear the mountain of tourists.
Sinabung, Kliuchevskoi, Shiveluch, Turrialba, Fuego erupted and Yasur, Dukono, Bagana smoking hot.
Quakes on the other hand never made Mag 6 but good Mag 5 location gains.

29 September. Eruptions at Sinabung, Shiveluch, Turrialba, Fuego.
Yasur, Dukono, Bagana throwing ash.
1 October. Eruption Colima. NZ vulcanologists observe steam at Ruapehu.
The period became firmly volcanic and quakes faded to Mag 5 but good location success.
