Magnitude 6 risk areas are Upper Crooked River, South of Cape Kidnappers, Culverden, Kaikoura, Seaward Kaikouras, East of Kaikoura, Waita River, Ward, Cape Campbell.
Magnitude 5 risk areas are Southwest of Wellington, Northern Cook Strait, Levin, Turakirae Head, Porangahau, Eketahuna, Dannevirke, Waipukurau, Wairoa, Gisborne, Urewera, Murupara.
Magnitude 4 risk areas are Fiordland, Mid Awatere Valley, East Cape, Eastern Bay of Plenty, Rotorua, Tokoroa.
Solar quake driving conditions are here and will steadily build next few days as the wider 18-26 December period unfolds.
Increasing possibility for Mag 6 quake.
