Magnitude 6 risk areas are Northeast of Cape Campbell, Eketahuna, Dannevirke, Porangahau, Waipukurau, Cape Kidnappers, Northeast of Wairoa.
Magnitude 5 risk areas are Haupiri River, Culverden, Kaikoura, Seaward Kaikouras, Lower Clarence, Tapuaenuku, Ward, Cape Campbell, Urewera, Murupara, Taumarunui, Tokoroa, Rotorua, Tauranga, Opotiki.
Magnitude 4 risk areas are Fiordland, East of St Arnaud, D'Urville Island, East Cape.
Local quakes faded after last nights North Island swarm but solar quake driving conditions have returned tonight.
Volcanoes quiet.
