Magnitude 5 risk areas are Culverden, Kaikoura, Seaward Kaikouras, Lower Clarence, Tapuaenuku, Ward, Lower Awatere, Cape Campbell, North of Cape Campbell, South of Wellington, West of Masterton, Eketahuna, Dannevirke, Porangahau, Waipukurau, Cape Kidnappers, Wairoa.
Magnitude 4 risk areas are Fiordland, Franz Josef Neve, Haupiri River, East Cape, Opotiki, Whakatane, Rotorua, Urewera, Atiamuri.
Quakes are set to continue for a few days but solar conditions are slightly streaky so there may be quiet spells after quake clusters as pressure rebuilds.
Volcanoes quiet.

Quakes continued late today following a day long quiet spell as pressure rebuilt following the Kaikoura 5.1 last night.
Pacific pressure is heavy into New Zealand so more quakes seem likely next few days.
