Fortunately Cyclone Debbie has crossed onto the Queensland coast before solar weather driving conditions and lunar modulation intensify the storm to Cat 5. Watch out for major flooding as the storm rains itself out over land. Volcanoes are likely to dominate the period. The period is likely to be extended and may run for several days. Summary. Kamchatka 6.6 Eruption Kambalny, Kliuchevskoi. The new quake period coughed up a rare Pacific Mag 6 but no location success. Kamchatka seems likely to produce more action over the next few days as the quake period progresses. Kamchatka eruptions continued today. Volcanoes still seem likely to dominate the period. Cyclone Debbie has left a trail of destruction but only one life lost. The storm has turned into a rain bomb as it drifts southward along the Queensland coast.
