The drought breaking Pacific Mag 6 sequence rumbled slowly on for another day.
Plenty of pressure at the Kermadecs and East Cape.
Tonga or Louisville undersea eruption may be underway.
Persistent solar conditions last few days have been hovering just under or around the threshold for driving quakes.
Solar conditions have flattened out today and quakes eased back.
Kermadec Islands, New Zealand still look like a hotspot for some action when conditions pick up again.
The new forecast period may begin a day later on 17 May.
