Solomon Islands 7.4 Conditions for quakes remain very high today. The activity southwards into Aotearoa may increase later as forecast. Lunar correlation effects are unpredictable at the moment due to the lunar eclipse and so much water slopping around in the ocean near the Solomon Islands. Many grass huts there underwent stress tests in the two big rumbles but luckily no major damage or tsunami reported. Forecasted risk areas and times for Aotearoa are the same today.
