Volcanic activity may increase.
Ambrym, Soputan.
Other regularly erupting volcanoes are likely to remain active.
The period is likely to be brief.

This forecast was hastily made and no time for a New Zealand forecast.
The forecast outlook for a brief period was eaten up by the continuing very long lasting solar wind stream and quakes kept coming, including the fourth Mag 7 in December.
No updates were given due to lack of time and the forecast ended up a shambles.

Solar conditions are mild and weakening on 22 December, more quakes are possible.
