Mag 3+ swarms were frequent on 4 August and throughout the forecast period. The forecasted pickup from 5 August was moderate and late arriving. Low confidence weather forecasts for intense storms 2-3 and 6-7 August were borne out. Global weather has been extreme, leaving standard meteorologists baffled.
