Volcanic activity may rise from 30 August on Bardarbunga, a major eruption is likely. Recent calm weather in Aotearoa may return to SW gales. 29 August. The forecast period was more active in the Northern Hemisphere/Equator regions as expected with big volcanic action. Geonet reported a Magniitude 3+ swarm at White Island on 28 Aug. A Mag3+ swarm occurred across NZ on 30 Aug. The period ended with a bump on 1 Sept. Watch out for bigger quake and volcano action in September.
