Many badly burnt patients from the blast are fighting for their lives.
Police and Navy divers are likely to give up their search soon for the two missing persons.
White Island is building up again as the 18 December forecast period approaches.
More action seems likely at White Island soon.
Additionally, new and possibly powerful solar activity may be just around the corner in January.
A strong period of Pacific quakes and eruptions may follow, including New Zealand.
