Ghost Quake or No Ghost Quake? 14 March 2020

Last nights North of East Cape 5.9 wasn't felt as widely as a Mag 5.9 should be.
The quake was one of the fabled "ghost quakes" which confuse both the automatic system and the seismologists manning it.
The actual earthquake was 300km north of Raoul Island 6.3 but Geonet have failed to delete the 5.9 ghost quake five minutes later.
Additionally and importantly, neither EMSC, USGS or GEOFON, the three big world seismological services recorded the 5.9 ghost quake and they inevitably pick up big quakes anywhere.

Why then did many people feel it if the quake never happened?
Were they dreaming?
European Mediterranean Seismological Center EMSC did record the event as a double quake.
East Cape/Hikurangi 4.5 11.03pm was followed three minutes later by
10km Northwest of Porangahau 4.3 11.06pm.

New spaceweather is due to arrive by Monday and likely to last for several days.
More quakes are likely in New Zealand and possibly a mainland eruption later in the period.
Thanks.
