The forecast was dropped early due to difficult fluctuating spaceweather but quakes in risk locations came later, regardless of the failed timing parameter.
No observations were made for several days and unforecasted spaceweather arrived early on 22 September, driving more quakes and some risk location success from the old forecast map.
Canary Islands volcano Cumbre Vieja erupted from 8 vents, lava is flowing through 300 houses and growing.
A strong new spaceweather period is due late 24 September.

Magnitude 6 risk locations are South of Japan, Southern Kuril Islands, Gulf of Alaska, Offshore Oregon, Southern California, Colima, Acapulco, Atacama, Coquimbo, Valparaiso.
Volcanic activity may increase.
Kilauea.
Ongoing eruptions at familiar volcanos are likely to continue.
Spaceweather is fluctuating, forecast confidence is low.
Stronger spaceweather may arrive 12 September.
