Weak spaceweather from Coronal Hole 1302 arrived 25 June, barely reaching Kp5.
High solar wind speed of 800km/second kept the weak period running until 30 June with a mild tectonic response expected late in the period.
A mild quake response occurred on 29 June with excellent risk location success 100km south of Mindanao in the Molucca Sea.
The Scotia Sea 6.6 is in a very difficult area to forecast.
A weak volcanic response occurred during the forecast period.
Kilauea is erupting regularly with very high 300m+ lava fountains.
Strong volcanic activity at Kyushu during the period is slightly worrying.
Shinmoedake erupted on 22 June for the first time since June 2018 and Suwanosejima also with decent ash eruptions.
A undersea ongoing Mag 5 quake swarm south of Suwanosejima began at the same time as the 22 June eruption of Shinmoedake on Kyushu.
These volcanos all erupt regularly with minor ash eruptions but right now they seem to be all active at the same time and with slightly stronger eruptions than normal.
In 1999 Japanese psychic Ryo Tatsuki apparently forecasted this area for a big undersea eruption and tsunami in July 2025. She also apparently predicted the 11 March 2011 tsunami. Time will tell.
