Moderate coronal hole driven solar wind arrived on 5 July building slowly to Kp5 on 7 July.
Spaceweather forecast conditions were difficult with many uncertainties. Eventually the period went on for several days with a significant volcanic period accompanying the Kp5 conditions on 7 July.
A big stratospheric and pyroclastic eruption at Lewotobi on 7 July created no danger. The area close by was evacuated months ago as result of the ongoing eruptions.
Japanese volcano Shinmoedake, part of the Kirishima Volcanic Complex started heating on 3-4 July, erupting 6 July.
The most intriguing part of the forecast period was the ongoing massive Mag 5.6 quake swarm in the Tokara Islands.
The swarm was in an area described by Japanese psychic Ryo Tatsuki for a huge tsunami on 5 July.
Japanese authorities were so concerned about the strength of the Tokara Islands quake swarm that they ordered the evacuation of some nearby islands.
They then announced on 6 July that Ryo Tatsuki was a quack but didn't make any reference to the unusual and powerful quake swarm, the biggest since 1995?
Her original vision in 1999 was for all of July so there will be many observers not so ready to denounce her just yet....and there was a big quake swarm.
A new volcanic period may begin 13 July as moderate coronal hole driven solar wind builds up.
Fiordland may become Mag 6 risk.
